I can't say I have a favourite actor - that's what Theresa is asking for Jane's corner - but my heart can't resist to Mr Bill Crosby!!
Of course most of people know him for the christmas songs. But, he also was a great actor, you might have seen White Christmas, The bells of St Mary or even Pennies from Heaven.... But there is one movie where his dramatic side will always amaze me: The Country Girl with Grace Kelly where he plays an alcoholic singer on the edge....

Chicken cooked for 2 hours (or 45 mn in a pressure cooker) with carrots, leeks (which we can't find here, so I replace it with other stuffs), herbs, cloves, and rice and bechamelle !!!

P & T speak portuguese because they are half portuguese by their dad and they speak french because they are half french by me...so, after english guyanese school, they are studying (an hour or so everyday - or nearly everyday) in french and portuguese once a week ...
